All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days with cost calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at check out as well. Please be advised that we are not liable for any lost or stolen at the door packages confirmed delivered by shipping carriers.
Returned items must be in original condition (original packaging and all tags attached). Please note: items that appear worn, washed, altered, show snags, stains, rips will be kept and no refund or exchange will be issued.
FINAL SALE items are specified in the listings. Items on sale and gift cards are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Evening bags are non-refundable and can be exchanged for another evening bag only.
Items of exchange will be shipped free (one free exchange per order).
If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order, please
- circle the items you returning on your invoice
- ship the items via your preferred shipping method to the return address on your invoice
- allow 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of return package date for the refund to post
We highly recommend that you send your return to us with tracking and delivery conformation. Items sent but not received by Karina Boutique will NOT receive credit for the return.
Karina Boutique will gladly refund original purchase price less shipping cost in the form of original payment if the items are received within 14 days of purchase. If merchandise that was shipped using “Free Shipping” promotion is returned, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
We inspect all items we ship out to ensure there are no damages. If for any reason your item arrived damaged please notify us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt.
